Gizmo terminates unexpectedly

If Gizmo Server / Client is terminating unexpectedly, there are 3 locations you should check for information regarding the reason for the crash.

  1. Check Gizmo Server log for errors around the time of the crash.
  2. Check for a file named crashlog inside the root folder of the Gizmo Server / Client installation
  3. Lastly, check windows event log under the application log. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/302542
